Mosaic Monday

Winter has taken a firm grip on our part of the world...snow has capped our trees, the flowers are dormant under a white blanket. The world is so still outside and silence reigns. There's a beauty and tranquility to winter that promotes being pensive...

...And now that the holidays are over, and everything is put away...except the mistletoe (see below), I can finally have some peace and quiet! Haha! :0)

Happy Mosaic Monday!

We've had very bitter cold with winds these last two days. Love the touch of red on your mosaic against all the white. Beautiful pictures!

Love the snowy mosaic. The pop of the red poinsettia is wonderful. Hope you have a grand week....in the midst of the cold!

Tara,
What a beautiful collage of gorgeous photographs. I still have my tree up, and it looks so perky it's hard to take it down. Tomorrow I will pull out the boxes and store everything. So much snow...it's snowing again tonight.

Have a wonderful day tomorrow.

Never had a white christmas ever. I sometimes wish it but the thought of an icy cold christmas makes me thankful that I live in the tropics. I'm happy just looking at photos such as these. Lovely silvery mosaic with touches of red. :-)

Your winter is lovely -- I am one who enjoys the snow-- just dont have me drive it on ice :)

If you have a moment — I would love you to stop by and say hi!

I love the clean layout, now all you need is your artist (hmm....son) to do a header for you reclining on some hammock! Stop on by my blog to see a little DIY Winter fun! Thanks for your kind wishes, I am feeling so much better, back to the Doc today!

Love the pictures Tara. Winter is such a beautiful time if year. Mother nature always paints a beautiful picture when it snows.

Very nicely done!
I know what you mean about the silence.
Yesterday I went out to play in the 10" of snow - and at one point walked down to the creek and just lay on my back and let the snow just fall on my face. Except for the snow getting down my pants - it was so peaceful! The sound of the creek and the feel of the silent snow on my face. So beautiful!
