Quote of the Day

"Time is just something we assign. You know-past, present, it's all arbitrary. Most Native Americans, they don't think of time as linear; in time, out of time, I never have enough time, circular time...all moments are happening ALL the time"~Mitchell Burgess

Hi Tara,
Good quote. And I love the little pot with the frogs. So cute. I plan on picking debris up from my yard today. We had a wind storm a couple days ago but today it's a little cooler so I think I'll do things outside. And maybe a little hammock time too : ))

I like this way of thinking about time.

Love the Froggy pot too! I have a frog out in my flower barrel. His name is Bob. :0)

I always think of time as a river, ever flowing toward the ocean, picking up speed as it approaches those wind tossed waves...

I've been having time issues lately, so I appreciated this quote, Tara, as a reminder that where ever I am "in the moment" is important!

Enjoy summer vacation with the kids!

Morning Tara, I just love to write that name, my Tara was here for the 4th.
Sorry I have been an absent visitor, there is so much to do in the summer.
Love all your flower pictures on the side bar.

Have a great day.

Ahh, that's just the quote I needed to hear!! Esp. during summertime, cause before I know it, it's winter and we're stuck indoors again! Mahalo Tara for reminding me to enjoy every moment! I've gotta get back to "island time" ;-) Hope you're enjoying your summer!

Morning Tara, I have not been here as often as I would like, so much to do outside and we are building an outdoor kitchen at the lake.

Like your quote for today and the vase.

Today is Susan's birthday @ a Southern Daydreamer and there is a party on by blog, please come by.

Hi Tara,
You have been on my mind all week. I thought well certainly Tara is spending a week on the Hammock for summer...perhaps on Block Island.

Wherever you are sweet lady, I have been thinking about you.

Blessings, Karen

Ahhh, my favorite song.
