Hi, Tara! Glad to see you've been posting again! :o) My apologies for being so slow to get here...Winter doldrums here too ;o) Your daughter is sweet 16...and beautiful! What a blessing is your family...And sweet dog. I just love dogs! I sometimes miss having a dog. But our cat Charlie rules the roost here, not sure how he'd take to sudden canine invader--LOL! Happy weekend to you all...and hope you're enjoying a taste of spring. It snowed here yesterday...again...*SIGH*...I think spring has forgotten us here in Norway. Happy Days to you all ((HUGS))
It's so funny. I will be walking with Ben (my trusty companion and office manager) and will stop to smell the hyacinths and Ben will sniff them too. We didn't have the spring time as predicted today...turned rainy. Hope your weekend is fabulous and tickled pink about the guacamole.
I grew up terrified of dogs, and it was Roger Caras who got me over that -- and in the last 30 years we've had 6 dogs, and fostered many dozens of homeless ones prior to their adoptions. They are amazing creatures, truly gifts to humankind from the Creator. Love the quote! Cass
Oh, that's adorable! What a cute dog! Makes me miss me miss mine so much, but we're supposed to look for two new babies soon. I'm looking at rescues. :-)
I'm a Mom of 3 children (son 21, two daughters 16 and 9), wonderful husband, who's trying to slow down and notice life's details! But somehow life gets ridiculously busy and I long for days on my hammock! :0)

Ralph Waldo Emerson
" To laugh often and love much; to win the respect of intelligent persons and the affection of children; to earn the approbation of honest critics and to endure the betrayal of false friends; to appreciate beauty; to find the best in others;to leave the world a bit better, whether by a healthy child, a garden patch, or a redeemed social condition; to have played and laughed with enthusiasm and sung with exultation; to know that even one life has breathed easier because you have lived---this is to have succeeded."
