Still in the Bedroom and I'm Not Coming Out!

Good morning! Remember when you used to yell this at your Mom because you were mad about something and just stuck yourself in your room for the day? You were going to show them! Well, I think we should still be able to do it as adults!

Come in and I'll show you another angle of our bedroom...







On the far wall I framed some of my son's art portfolio. I love framing the children's work!
My son attends an Art college in New York City, lives there and loves it!




Best for last!

Here's my bedroom chaise. I'm a couch person-I must be looking for rest all over my house (and rarely seem to get it!) From here, I can watch TV in the armoire or teach my daughter how to crochet Barbie blankets. It's also a great spot for reading or just gazing out the window. The kids kind of know it's my spot. If I can't find one of them around the house, they have stolen away to here!

I bought the red luxe (but cheap!) blanket at Target, it is just so comfy!

Oh, yes, from my chaise I can see my collection of exercise videotapes I should be using...I lay there and count them and read their titles...I actually think about putting them in the VCR...and that's about it! Hee-hee!

It's too comfortable a spot from which to move!
